Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier Arrives!

Though I am getting my Signature Edition of the game tonight, the game did release today and I cannot wait to play it over my long break! Normally I do not make a big deal over a game’s release but when it one that I preordered a month and a half ago then it is a big deal. IGN game the game an 8.5 and I will give my review on the game next week. My unboxing of the game is found below so check it out! I hope people buy this game and it honestly is better than Call of Duty and the story makes sence as is very tactical. Stay tuned for more of my thoughts on the game and expect a very interesting episode of Game Press tomorrow. The game sells for $59.99 and is available on the Xbox 360, PS3, and I think PC.

Video Game vs Video Game is back!

After seeing the results of the poll, I am bringing back the Video Game vs Video Game page! I decided that Thursday for my schedule will be devoted to Video Game vs Video Game and the first matchup is up so please check it out and since this is the first poll of the returned page, the voting will end next Saturday instead of next Thursday even though a winner will be chosen next Thrusday, but after this week the polls will end Thursday morning.

Game Press Episode 2

Sapphire 11 Edit: After posting this video I found out that we are getting a Live-Action Halo series that will premire ONLY on Machinima during the weeks leading up to the release date of Halo 4. Check out the latest Anoj Explains Halo 4 video on Machinima for full info. Hopefully this means we will finally get a Halo movie sometime in the future and this is Microsoft’s most expenisve non-video game project.

In this weeks episode I talk about New 3DS news and that Mario Kart 7 finally got patched and it got rid of shortcuts on Maka Wuhu, Wuhu Loop, and Bowser’s Castle 1. I also rant in the second part of the video and talk about what is in store for next week, and what to expect next month. Also I have 16 more days of school left Woot Woot! Bringing back an old Page?

I decided to brink back the links page because it is helpfull to viewers. Nah I am joking but I will add something on the side of the site that has links to helpfull sites, other sites, and our YouTube pages. I do not know if you guys remembered but the site had a page I made called Video Game VS Video Game which is now the Polls page. For those of you who never knew about the page I will explain what it is. I would choose two video games that usually are rivals to eachother and make a poll asking viewers to vote on which game or game series is better. The poll would run for a week and I would based my decision on the results or my own opinion. An example of this is when I did Guitar Hero VS Rockband. I made a poll and after a week Rockband was the winner and I happened to agree with the poll. The beauty of this page is that I do not have to agree with the poll (in that case the viewers) and it helps me voice my opinion which apparently many people on YouTube hate, and I will explain that in tomorrow’s Game Press video. I will actually put a poll on this post asking the staff and our viewers if I should bring this page back. Also expect a few new pages to appear such as a Rage page and a page for Halo 4 news. Next week I will prepare a page for E3 2012 since June is arriving quickly. Thanks for the continued support!

Edit: I actually still have all of the polls I did for that page so if you want I can show you guys a sample of what the polls and setup look like when I make the page. (Note: the poll below is not a sample for the page it is just to see if people want it or not)

New Weekly Calender Schedule

Before I begin this is my 150th post and it makes me happy that I reached this milestone but I wish I did it sooner.Also PLEASE COMMENT MORE ON THE SITE! There has been a lack of comments lately and we have a lot of content so feel free to post a comment on any post, page, or sub-page. For those of you who don’t know Sub Pages are those drop down pages that can be found below the Reviews page. Its an easier way to organize the reviews by what platform they are on.

I saw how on my cousins’s blog http://gamerscene.wordpress.com my cousin has a schedule for himself to post or update something different every week. I am going to do the same that way I can manage the site on my own time and get this blog going again. I am also looking for new staff member so if anyone who is serious about working on the blog and would like to be a staff member then check out the page titled Join Us for more info. Anyway here is my planned schedule:

Sunday: Off day since I go to church and spend the day with family, but I can make videos of my cousins and I playing a video game and upload them a different day

Monday: Video Review

Tuesday: New Poll

Wednesday: Weekly News Video (If there is no news then I will post something)

Thursday: For now nothing, but I plan on having a page for discussions or rage segments which I plan on making in video form)

Friday: Update the site

Saturday: New posts, reviwes, and videos

Hope this works and already one thing is done for Saturday and I will add more videos today and a video review is already made for Monday

I also plan on adding a text box on both sides of the blog that will show anything new that is on the site and were you can find it.

New way to post news

Below you will find a video of my first episode of Game Press which will be a hopefully weekly video series that will talk about all the recent gaming news. The video below is weeks old and it has been quite lately so as soon as we get some news I will make a video about it and this is better than posting news because I can talk about multiple gaming news and not have separate posts or a very long post for news. We are getting good games later on in this month such as Mario Tennis Open which I will buy in the future and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier will come out May 22nd and I have had that pre-ordered since March 31 so the end of May will be busy, E3 is next month so that means I get to make my big E3 page and keep you guys updated with the latest E3 news and videos. Oh another thing, future videos will be better planned and I will try to not shake the camera so much.
